Student Travel Award Application for Freeze Drying of Pharmaceutical & Biologicals Conference
Conference dates: September 16–19, 2025 https://www.lyo-garmisch.de
Location: Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany
Student Travel Award Program: Sponsored by LyoHUB
Award Amount: up to $750 per student

Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate, graduate and Post Doc student
• Currently enrolled at a US institution
• Accepted to present a poster at the 2025 conference (Applicants should apply for the travel award at the same time as they submit their abstract) 

Award Requirements: Selected students must:

• Acknowledge LyoHUB student travel award on your conference poster
• Provide a copy of final poster and write-up summarizing research presented on poster to be shared with LyoHUB members
• Be open to a possible invitation to present your work to LyoHUB industry and academic members

How to Apply: Submit the following by June 30, 2025:

• Your CV or resume
• Poster abstract 
• Brief statement (max 250 words) on how attending this conference will be beneficial for professional advancement
